The Emergencia Solidaria (Solidarity Emergency) program aims to provide assistance to children’s of low income emergency cases, this children are pacients of Hospital Materno Infantil wards. The cases are refered to us by the Social services department of Hospital Materno Infantil.

As specific objectives the program provides necessary answers to special cases that arise both in the infant nutrition ward, which can not be served by the hospital and the families involved, with special emphasis on care and health care and also the childrem’s follow up and monitoring to ensure recovery of the children who have been served by Emergencia Solidaria program.

We have served an average of over 30 cases to date, most of which have been given support in: development of medical examinations, purchase of medicines, transportation to their homes inside the country, payment ambulance, coffins, etc..

The most common presented to us are special medical tests that are performed in specialized centers. The target segment is:

• Children from 0 to 2 years
• Children from 3 to 5 years
